“Volunteers aren’t paid not because they’re worthless but because they’re priceless.” Anon
Do you care about your community and want to take action to help others? Do you want to help and support people to improve their quality of life?
Yes? Simon Community Scotland needs you!
Employers regard good quality voluntary experience just as highly as experience from paid positions and we simply couldn’t provide the services we do without the amazing support from volunteers like you all year round.
We take pride in being Scotland’s largest provider of homelessness services. Becoming an ambassador means joining a team who are creative, committed and compassionate. Together we have ambition to make a difference for people.
“Be the change you want to see in the world” – Ghandi
Help us spread the word about who we are and what we do by running Drop-In Surgeries on Campus. There are also opportunities across our other services, over all different days and times.
If you’re interested in finding out more we’d love to meet you!
The very first step is to come along to a Volunteer Information Session where you can meet our Volunteer Coordinators. We’ll talk to you about our roles and you’ll get the chance to ask questions and have a chat.
Our upcoming sessions will be held at our Head Office, 472 Ballater Street, Glasgow G5 0QW.
Please RSVP to email@example.com or click on the dates to attend either of these sessions as we have limited seating:
We’d love to hear from you if you’re 18 or over. Thanks for your support!
